THE VOICE OF A CHILD-Society, CA began a transition to new leadership and additional programs serving victims of sex trafficking in April 2016.
During the changeover, the program 'Faces of the Lost' and its data base system is not operative creating a temporary gap in new case registration and casework services.

SEX TRAFFICKING
What if you were hand-picked at 12 years old for special attention, special trips into a city or town nearby?
How special would that make you feel? What then if this new friendship turned into a boyfriend relationship? Then into Sex trafficking. Drug addition.
Bought and sold--like a 'commodity.' You might be transported across state lines.
You might be Indigenous. Or living in Foster Care or the girl next door still sleeping in your own bed everynight.
Whatever the case, every morning you wake hoping for a day of innocense, instead you hold secrets nobody wants to hear about. Nobody cares about. Worse yet, you hate everything that happens-most every single day. Nothing you do anymore is about YOU, your wellbeing, your health, your dream...Nothing.
Now what? Time passes. You 'age out' of your home--You live where you must-you go where they take you. You follow the lifestyle that keeps you alive. You've been doing it far too long and you're exhausted. Can you get out? EVER?
Who will help you? Who cares enough to rescue? Can anyone find you safe shelter - Or help you clean up or feed you when there's no money left.... Can you live like a survivor and no longer a victim? Is that asking too much?! ABSOLUTELY. You CAN!
THERE IS HOPE. To get out Contact BRIDGET PERRIER or NATASHA FALLE, both survivors who know YOU CAN THRIVE and SURVIVE VICTORIOUSLY!! THE WORST DAYS CAN BE BEHIND YOU-All you need to do is 'Just Ask.'

you know they aren't there by choice.
While it doesn't seem possible, the sex trade
