We know that the best way anyone can help is to be informed, and, after that, to become pro-active in helping these child-victims lead a full and

The Voice of A Child has developed a borderless cooperative relationship between CANADA & AMERICA to benefit parents whose children and teens are exploited, missing or abducted. A border should never become a boundary when it comes to missing children. Every missing child deserves the chance to be found no matter where they live.
